This ship has two radars. One radar is set in the Relative Motion mode. The second radar is set in True Motion mode.
In Relative Motion mode, your own ship stays in the same place on the radar screen (normally in the center unless it is offset).
In True Motion mode, your own ship moves across the radar screen the same as other moving targets. Land and other stationary objests do not move.
A radar can only show True Motion when it is recieving your own vessel's course and speed data. The radar takes that data, does the math and displays a birds eye view of your own ship and the targets.
